【个人简介】
1997年获武汉化工学院无机化工学士学位,1997年至2000年在湖南株洲化工集团科研设计院工作。2000年9月考取华东理工大学硕士研究生,2003年3月考取华东理工大学攻读博士学位,2006年3月毕业后留校任教,2007年8月调至长沙理工大学工作,2008年11月,长沙理工大学副教授、硕士生导师。2016年11月晋升教授。主要从事功能性高分子材料和聚烯烃添加剂的合成及应用研究。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目、湖南省自然科学基金面上项目、湖南省科技计划项目、湖南省教育厅重点项目及优秀青年项目等项目十余项。作为主要完成人先后参加国家863计划项目、中石化科技开发项目、上海市科委科技攻关等项目十余项。2006年12月入选“上海高校选拔培养优秀青年教师科研专项基金”培养范围,2013年入选湖南省普通高等学校青年骨干教师。出版专著一部(《聚丙烯成核剂》,25万字,化学工业出版社),主编教材一部(《化工原理实验》,化学工业出版社),参编教材一部(《合成材料添加剂化学》,化学工业出版社),在国内外核心刊物上发表论文80余篇,其中SCI收录53篇。2007年10月获华东理工大学优秀博士学位论文。获上海市科技进步奖三等奖2项(均排名第二),上海市技术发明三等奖1项(排名第三),指导学生获2018年度湖南省优秀硕士学位论文。

【主要研究领域】:
1. 聚烯烃用成核剂的合成、应用及成核机理研究
研究山梨醇类成核剂、有机磷酸盐类成核剂以及松香类成核剂的合成工艺、在聚烯烃中成核效应、对聚烯烃的结晶行为和结晶动力学等内容,探索不同成核剂在聚烯烃中的成核机理,为新型成核剂的开发奠定理论基础、并设计和合成新型结构的成核剂。
2. 功能性高分子材料的制备研究
通过共混、添加各种添加剂等制备功能性高分子材料,制备高透明聚丙烯专用料、高性能可降解聚乳酸材料、阻燃性高分子材料等。
