张永熙，女，汉族，中共党员，1986年3月出生于湖南长沙，博士，硕士生导师。
2008年6月毕业于长沙理工大学电气工程及其自动化专业，获学士学位；2011年6月毕业于长沙理工大学电力系统及其自动化专业，获硕士学位；2017年5月毕业于澳大利亚悉尼大学电气与信息工程学院，获博士学位；国家公派留学生奖学金获得者。2011年8月至2014年2月任职于湖南电网长沙供电公司，任工程师一职；2017年6月起任教于长沙理工大学。
主要教授课程：
电力系统暂态分析（本科）、专业英语（本科），Power System Practice(留学生)、能源互联网理论基础与创新（研究生），主持校级教改项目1项。
主要研究方向：
电力系统规划、运行与控制，新能源并网与智能电网技术、储能电池等
主要科研成果介绍：
主持国家自然科学基金青年项目1项、主持并结题湖南省自然科学基金青年项目1项、湖南省教育厅一般项目1项。担任SCI期刊《FrontiersinEngineering》杂志编辑，在IEEE Transactions系列期刊等期刊发表学术论文二十余篇，其中以第一/通信作者发表SCI论文7篇，SCI引用次数合计超过253余次，合著英文专业书籍一本。国家自然科学基金通讯评审专家，第三届IEEE EI2国际学术会议编委，IEEE Transactions on Smart Grid, IET Generation, Transmission & Distribution、International Journal of Electrical Power& Energy Systems等国际知名期刊审稿专家。IEEE Member、CIGRE Member。
