席燕辉，女，汉族，中共党员，1979年9月出生于湖南省双峰县，博士，副教授，硕士生导师。现任学院教育教学质量评估中心主任。
2002年7月毕业于湖南师范大学应用电子技术专业，获学士学位，2005年6月毕业于湖南师范大学，获电路与系统专业硕士学位，2013年5月毕业于中南大学获控制科学与工程专业博士学位，2016年晋升为副教授。2012年至2021年6月，先后任电子信息工程系副主任、主任。
主讲课程：信号与系统，数字信号处理，模拟电子技术等
主要研究方向：（1）电力系统故障定位；（2）复杂系统建模与优化
现主持国家自然科学基金青年项目1项，湖南省自然科学基金1项，中国博士后科学基金项目一等资助1项，先后主持完成省教育厅项目1项，校级科研基金4项；参入完成国家自科基金、省教育厅重点科研项目等3项；申请专利2项。在《Neural Computing and Applications》、《Mathematics and Computers in Simulation》等国内外重要刊物上发表论文20余篇，其中SCI、EI收录10余篇。
