邓磊,男,1982年生,工学博士,中南大学软件学院副教授。2005年6月获中南大学计算机科学与技术专业学士学位;2008年6月获中南大学计算机应用技术专业硕士学位;2012年6月获同济大学计算机应用技术专业博士学位;2010年9月至2011年9月在美国哥伦比亚大学联合培养一年;2012年9月开始在中南大学任教;2013年10月至2014年10月在美国哥伦比亚大学计算生物与生物信息学中心从事博士后研究。主要研究数据挖掘和生物信息学,主持国家自然科学基金青年基金1项、教育部博士点基金新教师基金1项,参与过多项国家863项目、国家自然科学基金项目和省部级项目,取得了一定的研究成果,在《Nature》、《Nucleic Acids Research》、《BMC Systems Biology》、《BMC Bioinformatics》、《Journal of ComputationalBiology》和《IEEE/ACM Transactions on ComputationalBiology and Bioinformatics》等著名国际期刊以及生物信息学领域顶级学术会议RECOMB上发表过学术论文。知名国际会议APBC 2014、APBC 2015程序委员会委员。2013年同济大学优秀博士学位论文
