细胞信号和蛋白质组学研究中心是郑州大学医学科学院的七大中心之一,中心主要围绕肿瘤信号转导、蛋白质组学和抗体研发等方面为重点展开工作,中心将基础研究与临床研究相结合,针对我国和我省多发肿瘤的特点,大力开展转化医学的研究,服务于人民和社会,为提高国民健康的水平作出贡献。主要研究内容为:(1)肿瘤信号转导相关通路在肿瘤发生发展、新的血管形成和治疗耐受中的作用及其分子机制研究;(2)重金属在肿瘤发生和新的血管生成中的作用和机制研究;(3)与临床研究人员密切合作,开发专门治疗肺癌和食管癌的药物;(4)发现肺癌和食管癌新的生物标记物,用于肺癌和食管癌的早期检测、治疗、耐药性治疗和精准医疗。

细胞信号转导和蛋白质组学研究中心依托医学科学院转化中心平台,自2017年4月初成立以来,针对我省高发肿瘤的特点,组建团队,搭建平台,开展科学研究,现有工作人员20余人,有博士学位的专职科研人员9人,主要针对肿瘤发生发展和新的血管生成分子机制展开研究。

核心骨干林李家宓教授

林李家宓教授,博士生导师,中心资深PI,先后任职于美国Vanderbilt大学、宾州州立大学、美国国立卫生研究院(NIH),参与百时美施贵宝(Bristal-Myers Squibb)公司癌症、心血管降脂药物的开发研究。多年来在功能基因组学、基因治疗,化学生物学和药物发现等领域开展了多项卓有成效的研究工作,在癌症研究、肠胃病学、肝脏病学等国际权威杂志上发表论著200余篇,H指数为37,申请获得了美国专利6项。

核心骨干王琳副教授

王琳博士,硕士生导师,直聘副教授,毕业于南京医科大学,主要从事肿瘤发生发展以及信号转导的分子机制研究;主持国家自然科学基金项目1项;主要研究成果发表在Toxicol Appl Pharmacol、Front Pharmacol、Oncogene和Sci Rep等期刊。

核心骨干张帆副教授

张帆博士,直聘副教授,毕业于西安交通大学;主要研究方向为纳米生物光谱传感技术;主持郑州大学青年教师(拔尖博士)启动基金1项;主要研究结果发表在APL, J. Mater. Chem. C和Sens. Actuat. B Chem.等国际权威期刊。

姚亚婷博士,直聘副教授,毕业于中国科学院大连化学物理研究所;主要从事蛋白质组分析新技术和新方法的研究;主要研究结果发表在Analytical Chemistry、Journal of Chromatography A和Journal of Proteome Research等期刊。

邱建阁博士,直聘副教授,毕业于暨南大学;主要从事肿瘤发生发展及耐药机制研究和小分子抗肿瘤药物研究;主持国家自然科学基金1项和中国博士后基金面上项目1项;主要研究结果发表在Br J Pharmacol、Front Pharmacol、Pharmacol Sci和Drug Discov Today等期刊。
