朱睿杰,男,1988年生,讲师,研究生导师。2017年7月博士毕业于北京邮电大学信息光子学与光通信国家重点实验室;2011年7月毕业于解放军信息工程大学;主要研究方向人工智能、下一代网络、智慧医疗。先后主持或参与国家自然科学基金、国家重点研发计划课题、装备预研与船舶重工联合基金、中船重工集团预研项目、河南省科技厅项目、北京邮电大学信息光子学与光通信国家重点实验室开放课题等20余项国家与部(省)级科研项目,以及河南省国网电力信息通信公司、华润电力研究院等委托开发和产业化项目。研究成果主要体现为高水平研究论文与核心专利、关键算法库及构件、重要软件系统与装备等,目前已在IEEE Transactions on Neural Networks and Learning Systems、IEEE Journal of Lightwave Technology、IEEE ACCESS、Optical Fiber Technology、计算机辅助设计与图形学学报等国内外重要学术期刊,以及GLOBECOM、OFC、ECOC等重要国际学术会议发表论文30余篇;担任SCI期刊IEEE Communications Magazine、IEEE ACCESS、IEEE JLT、FCS等十余期刊审稿人。
