杨伟，男，汉族，1981年5月生，河南商丘人，中共党员。
研究生学历，工学博士学位，讲师，供热、供燃气、通风及空调工程专业。
研究方向：地源热泵、暖通空调系统仿真与优化、建筑节能技术。
个人学习工作经历：
2011.3-至今于华北水利水电大学环境与市政工程学院任教；
2006.9-2010.12于湖南大学土木工程学院 攻读供热、供燃气、通风及空调工程专业工学博士学位，获得供热、供燃气、通风及空调工程工学博士学位；
2004.7-2006.7于湖南大学土木工程学院 攻读供热、供燃气、通风及空调工程专业工学硕士学位，2006.7经推免提前攻读博士学位；
2000.9-2004.7于华北水利水电大学建筑环境与设备工程专业，获得建筑环境与设备工程专业工学学士学位。
