  王水花，女，江苏启东，汉族，博士，硕士生导师。主要从事生物医学图像处理，模式识别，人工智能，机器学习等方面的研究，主持或参与科研项目10余项。发表SCI/EI检索论文50多篇，担任多个SCI期刊，如IEEE TCSVT， IEEE Access, IEEE TCBB等客座编辑，2019年获全球高被引****。
