许红星,男,博士,****,硕士生导师。

2004年获河南大学理学硕士学位,2008年毕业于南京农业大学,获作物遗传育种专业博士学位。2008-2017年在中国科学院遗传与发育生物学研究所农业资源研究中心工作,主要从事小麦抗病遗传、抗病基因克隆与分子育种等方面的研究。2018年至今,作为河南大学****在植物逆境生物学重点实验室工作。在Theoretical and applied genetics, Molecular breeding, Plant disease and Frontiers in plant science等农艺学SCI主流期刊上发表论文10余篇,主持国家自然科学基金项目2项、中科院知识创新重要方向项目1项以及河北省自然科学基金2项等,获国家发明专利5项。


主要研究方向:
1. 普通小麦及其近缘物种抗白粉病基因的图位克隆和功能验证:
小麦白粉病是小麦生产上的重要病害之一。利用不同白粉菌菌株对普通小麦及其近缘种构成的自然群体进行苗期和成株期抗性鉴定,结合群体对白粉菌的反应型和小麦SNP芯片基因型数据进行全基因组关联分析,鉴定抗性优异的新种质和新基因位点;将抗病种质与感病亲本配置分离群体,进行抗性遗传和标记连锁分析,精细定位和克隆抗性基因,通过遗传转化验证其抗病性表型,为研究抗病机理和抗性基因的利用奠定基础。
2. 抗病高产和抗病优质的小麦分子育种研究:
抗病性是小麦品种选育的重要因素。以携带明确基因位点和标记信息的优异抗白粉病、锈病和赤霉病种质为供体材料,黄淮麦区高产优质小麦品种为轮回亲本,结合分子标记选择和回交转育,培育优异抗病高产和抗病优质新品系/品种,为推广品种抗病性遗传改良提供材料基础。
