周运，男，1978年3月出生，九三学社社员，副教授，博士，硕士生导师。2001年6月毕业于信阳师范学院应用电子技术专业，获工学学士学位；2005年6月毕业于西南石油大学计算机应用专业，获工学硕士学位，2016年6月毕业于河南师范大学生物信息学专业，获理学博士学位。2005年7月来校任教至今，主要从事计算机应用和生物信息学方面的教学科研工作。
