双T 极型对开关磁阻电机转矩脉动的抑制研究

Authors:ANZhiguo,ZHANGChi,ZHANGZhen,GUOTaowen,GAOWeilin摘要:振动和噪声是开关磁阻电机亟待解决的问题 ,其产生的主要原因之 一是电磁切向力突变引起的转矩 脉动 。针对三相 12/8 极开关磁阻电机存在的这 一 问题 ,在传统模型基础上提出 一 种 T 型定子、转子结构 ,采用有 限元静态电磁场仿真得到不同参数定、转子双 T 型开关磁阻电机静态特性曲线与磁场云图 。在此基础上 , 通过 Simulink 动态仿真分别对比了传统策略控制和直接转矩控制时 ,800 r/min、1 600 r/min 二 种转速工况下的转矩脉 动 ,得出双 T 型开关磁阻电机极靴尺寸对转矩脉动系数的影响规律 。结果表明 :双 T 型定、转子结构能通过降低换 相时刻的电流突变减小转矩波动 ,对开关磁阻电机转矩脉动能具有抑制作用。
Abstract:Abstract:Vibration and noise are the urgent problems to be solved in switched reluctance motor. One of the main reasons is the torque pulsation caused by the sudden change of electromagnetic tangential force. Based on the problem in three phase 12/8 pole switched reluctance motor , a T-shaped stator and rotor structure is proposed for switched reluctance motor. Static characteristic curves and magnetic field cloud diagrams of double T-shaped switched reluctance motor with different parameters and rotor were obtained by finite element static electromagnetic field simulation. On this basis , the torque ripple at 800 r/min and 1600 r/min under the two speed conditions of traditional strategy control and direct torque control were compared by Simulink dynamic simulation. and the influence law of the size of the pole boot on the torque ripple coefficient of the double T-shaped switched reluctance motor is obtained. The results show that the double T-shaped stator and rotor structure can reduce the torque fluctuation by reducing the current mutation at the commutation time , and has a good suppression effect on the torque ripple of switched reluctance motor.
