永磁同步电机低速域改进高频脉振注入控制

摘要:摘要:针对零低速情况下,永磁同步电机高频脉振注入无位置传感器控制系统在转子位置信息提取时信号误差较大的问题,提出采用二阶广义积分器来代替传统控制方法所采用的低通滤波器来进行转子位置信息的提取,并结合自抗扰控制方法,提高高频脉振注入方法的精度。以实际所需提取信号的频率为输入量,选取表贴式永磁同步电机,采用传统电机双闭环控制结合场定向控制进行仿真。选取DSP最小系统板作为控制板,结合驱动板和电机搭建电机实验平台进行实验,通过对比改进前后实验结果,得出改进后的控制方法能够更好的减小转速误差以及转子位置信息误差,使电机估计转速与估计转子位置更能接近实际给定值的结论。

Abstract:Abstract:For zero cases at low speed, high frequency pulse vibration injection of sensorless permanent magnet synchronous motor control system in the rotor position information extraction problem of error signal, and second-order generalized integrator is proposed to replace the traditional control method adopted by the low-pass filter for rotor position information extraction, and combining the immunity control method, improve to the accuracy of high frequency pulse vibration injection method. Taking the actual frequency of the extracted signal as the input quantity, the table-mounted permanent magnet synchronous motor was selected, and the traditional motor double closed-loop control combined with field directional control was used for simulation. Selecting DSP minimum system board as panel, in combination with the driven plate and motor set up experimental platform experiment, by comparing the results before and after improvement, it is concluded that the improved control method can better reduce the speed and rotor position information error, making the motor estimated speed and rotor position closer to a given value conclusion.
