摘要:摘要:提出一种全新的λ-模糊似积算子及其模糊概率积分并将其应用于煤粉旋转给料机性能状态的评价问题上;基于在机械实验室对相关数据的收集,评价过程中采用AHP-改进熵权法确定各指标权重,克服了传统熵权法的缺点;通过上述方法计算出的模糊概率值结合最大概率原则对煤粉旋转给料机的性能状态进行评估,最后与模糊综合评价法所得结果进行对比,对比结果为利用λ-模糊似积概率积分法的评价结果更加精准,可以将各给料机进行排序,克服了传统模糊综合评价结果仅能判断装置性能状态优良差的缺点。
Abstract:Abstract:A new λ-fuzzy quasi product operator and its fuzzy probability integral are proposed and applied to the evaluation of performance state of pulverized coal rotary feeder. Based on the collection of relevant data in the mechanical laboratory, the AHP-improved entropy weight method is used to determine the weight of each index in the evaluation process, which overcomes the shortcomings of the traditional entropy weight method. The fuzzy probability value calculated by the above method combined with the maximum probability principle is used to evaluate the performance state of the pulverized coal rotary feeder. Finally, the results are compared with those obtained by the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. The comparison results show that the evaluation results of the λ-fuzzy quasi probability integral method are more accurate, and the feeders can be sorted, which overcomes the shortcomings of the traditional fuzzy comprehensive evaluation results that can only judge the excellent and poor performance of the device.
