低频电磁检测系统及其信号处理设计

摘要:摘要:针对锅炉、压力容器、高压管道等承压设备的铁磁性基体,易出现腐蚀、裂纹等损伤,存在极大的安全隐患这一问题,依据低频漏磁检测原理,通过软件立体建模及电磁检测仿真,采用基于霍尔元件的传感器与STM32F1微处理器的信号采样处理系统以及基于nRF24L01的无线通信模块,提出一种针对铁磁性材料缺陷的低频电磁检测及其信号处理系统。最终实验验证了该系统能够在10~200 Hz的频率范围内、磁感应强度在±10 mT范围内的低频电磁信号实现高精度检测,提升了漏磁无损探伤检测的准确度和效率。
Abstract:Abstract:Ferromagnetic substrates of pressure equipment such as boilers, pressure vessels and high-pressure pipes are easy to be corroded, resulting in huge potential safety hazard. According to the principle of low-frequency magnetic flux leakage testing, through software three-dimensional modeling and electromagnetic testing simulation, and the signal sampling and processing system based on Hall element sensor and STM32F1 microprocessor with the wireless communication module based on nRF24L01, a low frequency electromagnetic field detection system and its signal processing system were proposed. Experimental results showed that the system can achieve high-precision detection in the frequency range of 10~200 Hz and the low-frequency electromagnetic signal with magnetic induction intensity within ±10 mT, which improves the accuracy and efficiency of magnetic flux leakage nondestructive testing.
