Authors:ZHANG Xiao-peng ,LIU Guan-xiong ,WANG Xiao-qiang ,ZHAO Rui ,ZHENG Chang-ji 摘要:摘要:针对光纤电流互感器结构复杂、检测精度低、小电流测试不灵敏等问题,提出采用双压电陶瓷结构的非本征光纤法-珀(extrinsic fabry-perot interferometric,EFPI)电流互感器。根据压电陶瓷(piezoelectric ceramic,PZT)材料的单极性逆压电效应,采用双PZT结构,环形铁磁材料套于测试线路上,按相反方向在环形铁磁材料上下半圆个缠绕两组线圈,被测线路通电后,两组线圈产生感应电压,并分别为两支PZT提供驱动电信号,PZT伸缩量与感应电压成正比,利用EFPI传感器对微应变敏感的特点对压电陶瓷材料微应变进行采集,通过光电转换后还原被测电流信号,最后对所测结果进行线性拟合验证电流互感器检测性能和可行性。实验结果表明:该电流互感器检测带宽为0~210 kHz,电流测试范围为0~60 A,检测结果线性拟合度达到99.94%,0~1 A范围内检测结果线性拟合度达到99.45%,最小可测电流为0.1 A。
Abstract:Abstract: Aiming at the problems of complex structure of optical fiber current transformer, low detection accuracy, and insensitive measurement of small current, an extrinsic Fabry-Perot interferometric (EFPI) current transformer with dual piezoelectric ceramic structure is proposed. According to the unipolar reverse piezoelectric effect of the piezoelectric ceramic (PZT) material, the double PZT structure is adopted, the ring ferromagnetic material is sleeved on the test circuit, and two sets of coils are wound on the upper and lower semicircles of the ring ferromagnetic material in the opposite direction. After the line is energized, the two sets of coils generate induced voltages and provide driving electrical signals for the two PZT respectively. The expansion and contraction of the PZT is proportional to the induced voltage. The micro-strain of the piezoelectric ceramic material is collected by using the EFPI sensor's sensitivity to micro-strain. The measured current signal is restored through photoelectric conversion, and finally the measured result is linearly fitted to verify the detection performance and feasibility of the current transformer. The experimental results show that the detection bandwidth of the current transformer is 0~210 kHz,the current test range is 0~60 A, the linear fitting degree of the detection results reaches 99.94%, and the linear fitting degree of the detection results in the range of 0~1 A reaches 99.45%. The measured current is 0.1A.
