摘要:摘要:双断口直流高速开关是实现特高压输电技术的关键设备,而开关的电机驱动系统难以满足双断口的同步要求。为了解决双电机驱动系统的同步误差问题,提出了一种基于改进交叉耦合的双电机协同控制策略。首先,基于交叉耦合原理对两台电机的速度和位置建立耦合关系,通过同步补偿器快速补偿双电机动作误差;其次,针对观测信号的谐波设计了滑动平均滤波器;最后,搭建双电机交叉耦合控制系统的仿真模型。仿真结果表明:当系统受到负载扰动时,所提出的控制策略可以降低双电机转速误差,实现双电机的位置同步运行,降低双电机间动作差异性。
Abstract:Abstract: Double-break high speed switch is the important equipment for the EHV transmission system, but the motor control system of the switch cannot satisfy the synchronous requirements. In order to solve the synchronous error problem of the double motors system, based on cross-coupled control, an improved cooperative control strategy of double motors is proposed. Firstly, the coupling relation between the speed and position of the two motors was established based on the cross-coupling principle, and the motion error of the two motors was compensated quickly by the synchronous compensator. Secondly, a moving average filter is designed for the harmonics of the observed signal. Finally, the simulation model of the double motors control system is built. The simulation results show that when the system is disturbed by load, the proposed control strategy can reduce the speed error of the double motors, realize the synchronous operation of the double motors, and reduce the action difference between the double motors.
