摘要:磁耦合机构作为无线充电系统能量传输的核心部件,其中线圈与磁芯的损耗引起温度升高,进而累积温升影响系统的安全性与可靠性。本文提出一套用于磁耦合机构热场建模与特性分析方法。首先,对DD型磁耦合机构进行建模,计算磁耦合机构中的热损耗。其次,分析传热方式并且推导建模所需的热参数。最后,使用Ice-pak软件对磁耦合机构展开磁热联合仿真,获得其在不同散热条件下温度特性。结果表明,磁热联合仿真可以预测稳态时磁耦合机构的温度。
Abstract:Themagneticcoupleristhecorepartoftheenergytransmissioninwirelesschargingsystem,inwhichthelossofcoilandmagneticcorecausestemperatureriseandthentheaccumulatedtemperatureriseaffectsthesecurityandreliabilityofthesystem.Inthispaper,asetofthermalfieldmodelingandcharacterizationmethodsformagneticcouplerisproposed.Firstly,theDD-typemagneticcouplerismodeledtocalculatetheheatloss.Secondly,theheattransfermodeisanalyzedandthethermalparametersrequiredformodelingarederived.Finally,themagneticcouplerofwirelesschargingsystemissimulatedbyIcepakinordertoobtainthetemperaturecharacteristicsofthemagneticcouplerunderdifferentheatdissipationconditions.Theresultsshowthatthemagnetic-thermalsimulationcanpredictthetemperatureofthemagneticcoupleratsteadystate.
