Authors:GUO Liang,WANG Jian ping,GUO Xin摘要:我国配电网多采用小电流接地系统 ,且配电网网络结构复杂 ,所以故障选线定位较为困难 。提出一种基于全信号测量和变分模态分解(variational mode decomposition,VMD)、Teager 能量算子(teager energy operator, TEO) 的故障定位方法 。首先根据配电网拓扑结构 ,安装行波定位终端装置 ,通过全信号测量 ,对故障电流、相电压 和零序电压行波信号进行检测 ,应用行波故障选线算法判别故障线路范围 。 同时 ,各行波定位装置根据两个反射 波的反射时差和行波速度进行行波测距 。通过现场试验结果表明该方法在配电网故障定位中具有较理想的定位精度。
Abstract:The small current grounding system is mostly used in distribution network in China. The network structure of distribution network is complex, and difficult to locate fault line. This paper presents a fault location method based on full signal measurement, variational mode decomposition (VMD) and Teager energy operator (TEO). Firstly, according to the topology of distribution network, the traveling wave positioning terminal device is installed. Through full signal measurement, the traveling wave signals of fault current, phase voltage and zero sequence voltage are detected, and the traveling wave fault line selection algorithm is used to judge the range of fault line. At the same time, each traveling wave positioning device carries out traveling wave ranging according to the reflection time difference and traveling wave speed of the two reflected waves. Through test, the results show that this method has ideal positioning accuracy in distribution network fault location.
