Abstract:As a new power transmission mode , wireless charging system greatly improves the safety , convenience and flexibility of power transmission. However , due to the influence of factors such as parameter drift and harmonic matching error of passive components , it is usually difficult to ensure the resonance state of the system in practical application , which limits the working performance of wireless charging system. Therefore , this paper proposes a dynamic tuning method of wireless charging system using flux controllable inductor , which has the characteristics of continuous adjustment , low power consumption and simple structure. Firstly , the influence of detuning on the output power of wireless charging system is explained. Secondly , the working principle of detuning detection circuit and flux controllable inductor is analyzed. Finally , based on PLECS circuit simulation , the feasibility of using flux controllable inductor to realize dynamic tuning of the system is verified. When the variation range of capacitance parameters is less than 10% , the output power is guaranteed to be constant.
