Authors:CHEN Liying , LAN Wenbao摘要:定子线棒主绝缘在运行中承受多重应力联合作用 ,其介电性能对保证发电机安全运行具有重要影响。 根据复合材料介电常数计算理论 ,建立了发电机定子线棒主绝缘的简化模型 ,给出了主绝缘介电常数的计算方法 , 结合各种材料的参数和含量得到了主绝缘介电常数的理论分析值 。通过分析得到了适用于圆角电极结构的发电 机定子线棒主绝缘介电常数试验计算方法 ,根据定子线棒尺寸参数和试验得到的电容量 ,可推算主绝缘的实际介 电常数 。在此基础上 ,通过模拟线棒介电常数试验和理论分析结果对比 ,验证了所提方法的准确性。
Abstract:The main insulation of the stator bar is subjected to the combined action of multiple stresses during operation, and its dielectric properties have an important impact on ensuring the safe operation of the generator. Based on the calculation theory of composite dielectric constant, a simplified model of main insulation of generator stator bar is established, and the calculation method of main insulation dielectric constant is given. The test calculation method of the main insulation dielectric constant of the generator stator bar is obtained which is suitable for the fillet electrode structure. According to the size parameters of the stator bar and the capacitance obtained by the test, the actual dielectric constant of the main insulation can be calculated. On this basis, the accuracy of the proposed method is verified by comparing the results of model test bar dielectric constant test and theoretical analysis.
