结合磁集成与交错并联技术的无线充电系统

Authors:SUN Feng,TIAN Yuhong,DONG Henan,LI Ping,XIE Bing,LIU Yiqi摘要:稳定的输出特性、较高的系统效率及集成度对于无线充电系统具有重要意义。针对这些需求,首先将两相交错并联的Buck变换器引入无线充电系统,结合闭环控制策略,通过调节Buck占空比实现恒压/恒流输出。交错并联变换器可以有效降低器件应力、损耗、及输出电流纹波,提高效率并延长用电器寿命。此外,利用磁集成技术可将系统中的功率电感与磁耦合机构进行集成。在不影响功率传输的前提下,利用耦合机构内部空间将LCC补偿拓扑电感、交错并联变换器中的滤波电感分别与发射线圈、接收线圈集成,提高系统的集成度。最后,基于67.2 V/8 A的实验平台实现了恒压/恒流充电,证明了系统可行性。
Abstract:Steady outputs, high system efficiency and power density are significant for wireless charging systems.To meet the demand, this article introduces the two-cell interleaved Buck converter (IBC) to the wireless charging system (WCS). Combined with the closed-loop control, the constant current/constant voltage (CC/CV) outputs are realized by adjusting the IBC duty cycle.IBC can reduce the converter device stress, power losses, and current ripples, enhancing converter efficiency and avoiding the negative effects on load lifetime.In addition, the external power inductors are integrated with the coupler based on magnetic integration.Without affecting the power transfer, the LCC compensation inductor, IBC filter inductors are integrated with the transmitter and receiver at the same time, improving the system level. Finally, a prototype of 67.2 V/8 A verifies the WCS feasibility, realizing the CC/CV charging.
