摘要:\n\t针对旅游区及农村地区季节性用电负荷波动大对配变运行安全及经济性造成了巨大影响的问题,提出增容变压器并联运行及投切策略方案。为提高增容变压器利用率以及并联变压器组运行效率,结合丽江地区现有变压器状况,对移动式增容变压器的阻抗范围进行了优化计算。随后,考虑运行区间长度、节电量等影响因素,依据模糊决策理论,建立模糊策略模型,并与时段控制相结合,从而优化投切策略。结果表明,增容变压器阻抗区间的合理选取,能够增加变压器组运行效率。变压器的投切策略提升了并联系统的节电效果,规避了日负荷曲线的波动误差,可提高供电经济性和可靠性。\n
Abstract:\n\tIn view of the problem that the seasonal electric load fluctuations in tourist areas and rural areas have a great impact on the safety and economy of distribution transformer operation, the parallel operation of the capacity-added transformers and the throwing-off strategy scheme are proposed.In order to improve the utilization rate of the capacity-increasing transformer as well as the operation efficiency of the parallel transformer set, the impedance range of the mobile capacity-increasing transformer is optimized and calculated by combining the existing transformer condition in Lijiang area.Subsequently, considering the operating interval length, power saving and other influencing factors, based on fuzzy decision theory, a fuzzy strategy model is established and combined with period control, so as to optimize the switching strategy.The results show that the reasonable selection of the impedance interval of the capacity-adding transformer can increase the operating efficiency of the transformer bank.The transformer switching strategy improves the power saving effect of the parallel system, circumvents the fluctuation error of daily load curve, and can improve the economy and reliability of power supply.\n
