TDR法检测电缆接头波形特征

摘要:摘要:针对风能、光伏等新能源并网需要并网电缆将能源馈入主电网,而两段电缆中间接头长时工作会产生绝缘劣化等问题,准确评估中间接头健康状态对新能源网络稳定运行至关重要。为研究辨别电缆中间接头在低压脉冲反射法下的反射波形,依据TDR(又称低压脉冲反射法)的原理,对电缆中间接头波形的形成过程进行推理分析,利用Simulink对其波形进行仿真计算,得到中间接头的电压反射波形,最后采用电缆故障测距仪的低压脉冲法(即TDR法)测得实际电缆中间接头的反射波形,两者得到的波形特征一致,为自动识别中间接头波形、判断接头制作质量提供理论计算依据。

Abstract:Abstract:To solve such problems as insulation degradation of the joint of two cable segments after long-term operation in grid connection of new energy like wind energy and photovoltaic energy that requires grid-connected cables to feed energy into the main grid, it is critical that we accurately assess the health status of the joints. To study and identify the reflection waveform of cable joints under the low-voltage pulse reflection mode, the formation process of the cable joints is deduced according to the TDR (also known as the low-voltage pulse reflection method) principle. The waveform is then simulated with Simulink to work out the voltage reflection waveform of the joints. In the end, the reflection waveform of the actual cable joints is measured with the lowvoltage pulse reflection method (TDR) of the cable fault locator. The two obtain consistent wave characteristics, providing a theoretical calculation basis for automatic identification of the joint waveform and joint quality.
