1973年3月出生，黑龙江哈尔滨人，男，回族，中共党员，副教授。

体育休闲学和体育绘图。

教育背景

1993年至1995年在呼兰师范专科学校体育教育专业学习。

1997年至2000年在北京体育大学学习，获教育学学士学位。

2009至2010年参加哈尔滨师范大学与澳大利亚堪培拉大学合作举办教育硕士学位教育项目学习，获教育学硕士学位。

工作经历

1995年毕业留校工作。                           2011至2012年在华南师范大学做高级访问学者。

2012年9月晋升为副教授。
