个人简介
  殷敬伟(1980-),教授、博导,哈尔滨工程大学水声工程学院院长。
主要从事水声通信与探测、极地声学、声纳信号处理、声纳仿真等技术领域研究。出版专著1部(获中国造船工程学会优秀科技图书奖),在国内外核心刊物上发表学术论文100余篇,授权和申请国家技术发明专利16项;主持国家自然科学基金重点项目1项、面上/青年基金3项,国防技术基础科研,总装预研,海装预研,国家海洋公益性行业科研专项,黑龙江省博士后特别资助等二十余项课题。获得全国优秀博士学位论文提名奖、4项省部级科技奖励;霍英东青年教师基金获得者;入选黑龙江省青年学术骨干教师支持计划;荣获黑龙江省青年科技奖、黑龙江省新长征突击手、黑龙江省第八届优秀硕士学位论文指导教师;校优秀共产党员标兵、校优秀研究生指导教师等荣誉称号。
主讲硕士生课程《水声通信中的信号处理》、《水下网络通信技术》,本科生文化素质教育核心课程《走进海洋之三海一核》。现指导在读博士生9人、硕士生11人。

研究方向
殷敬伟教授为“极地声学与仿真技术研究团队”学术带头人,以极地特殊环境中水声技术的理论基础、应用基础、信息一体化技术为主要研究方向,包括复杂传播介质中的水声物理、环境认知水声通信、水下目标多维信息感知、水声系统高性能仿真与模拟、水下测量与分析设备等。团队将水声物理基础研究与工程应用、虚拟现实仿真与设备研制有机结合,实现传统技术与新兴极地技术相互促进发展。团队现有成员7人,其中教授2人、副教授2人、讲师3人。

学术团队
  殷敬伟教授为学术带头人,以极地特殊环境中水声技术的理论基础、应用基础、信息一体化技术为主要研究方向,包括复杂传播介质中的水声物理、环境认知水声通信、水下目标多维信息感知、水声系统高性能仿真与模拟、水下测量与分析设备等。团队将水声物理基础研究与工程应用、虚拟现实仿真与设备研制有机结合,实现传统技术与新兴极地技术相互促进发展。近5年来承担课题30余项,其中包括国家自然科学基金重点项目、国防技术基础科研、霍英东基金、海军预研、总装预研、海洋公益性专项等项目,发明专利30余项,发表论文150余篇,出版著作2部。先后获得省部级科技奖4项、黑龙江省青年科技奖、全国百篇优秀博士学位论文提名奖等,1人入选黑龙江省青年骨干教师计划。团队重视国际交流与合作,与多所国际知名高校开展联合培养学生。团队现有成员7人,其中教授2人、副教授2人、讲师3人。
