个人简介
刘鲁涛，男，1977年生，黑龙江哈尔滨市人，工学博士，副教授，博士/硕士生导师，雷达与电子战团队（REW）核心成员。IEEE会员，2003-2005年荷兰代尔夫特工业大学留学，2013-2014年美国史蒂文森理工学院访问学者。 主要从事雷达与电子侦察相关研究工作， 涉及宽带信号检测与识别，阵列信号处理，DSP软硬件开发等技术。获得黑龙江省科学技术进步二等奖1项, 国防科学技术进步三等奖1项，参编教材2部，发表学术论文50余篇。
