个人简介
薛睿，男，1980年出生，工学博士，博士后，副教授，博士生导师，硕士生导师，国家自然科学基金评审专家，省市自然科学基金评审专家，《Sensors》、《Mathematical Problems in Engineering》、《EURASIP Journal on Wireless Communications and Networking》、《International Journal of Distributed Sensor Networks》等SCI国际期刊审稿人，主要研究方向为现代数字通信技术、卫星通信、卫星导航与定位、舰船数据链等。发表SCI/EI收录论文30余篇；主持国家、省部级科研项目10余项，主要包括国家自然科学基金面上项目、国家自然科学基金青年项目、武器装备预研项目、军委科技委国防科技项目、中国博士后科学基金、黑龙江省博士后科学基金、黑龙江省博士后科研启动金、黑龙江省留学归国科学基金、天地一体化信息技术国家重点实验室开放基金，上海航天科技创新基金等，作为技术负责人参与国家、省部级以及横向课题20余项；出版专著1部（排名第一）；申请国家发明专利18项，已授权7项；2011.7-2012.7于澳大利亚墨尔本大学“非线性重点实验室”进行为期一年的访问学习，具备国际交流与合作的渠道，优秀研究生可推荐到墨尔本大学进行交流学习；获2013年、2014年哈尔滨工程大学优秀主讲教师三等奖。
