刘立佳, 男,1980年4月生人,工学博士,讲师,化学工程与技术专业硕导,高分子材料研究所负责人,哈尔滨工程大学青年骨干教师。2011年于日本新泻大学取得工学博士学位,历任日本新泻大学研究员、日本名古屋大学特邀外籍研究员,哈尔滨工程大学高分子材料研究所负责人。长期从事高分子及超分子材料设计、合成及其结构控制方面的研究工作。研究成果在《美国化学会志》(JACS)、Macromolecules 等高水平学术杂志上发表SCI 文20余篇。
