简单介绍The spectrum sharing problem between primary and cognitive users is mainly investigated.Since the interference for primary users and the total power for cognitive users are constrained,based on the well-known water-filling theorem,a novel one-user water-filling algorithm is proposed,and then the corresponding simulation results are given to analyze the feasibility and validity.After that this algorithm is used to solve the communication utility optimization problem subject to the power constraints in cognitive radio network.First,through the gain to noise ratio for cognitive users,a subcarrier and power allocation algorithm based on the optimal frequency partition is proposed for two cognitive users.Then the spectrum sharing algorithm is extended to multiuser conditions such that the greedy and parallel algorithms are proposed for spectrum sharing.Theory and simulation analysis show that the subcarrier and power allocation algorithms can not only protect the primary users but also effectively solve the spectrum and power allocation problem for cognitive users.

简单介绍a novel distributed cognitive radio multichannel medium access protocol without common control channel was proposed. The protocol divided a transmission interval into two parts for exchanging control information and data respectively. In addition to evaluating system saturation throughput of the proposed protocol, a tridimensional multichannel Markov chain model to describe the sate of the cognitive users (CUs) in dynamic spectrum access is presented. The proposed analysis applies to the packet transmission schemes employed by the basic, RTS/CTS access mechanism adopted in the normal IEEE 802.11. Analyzing the advantage of the two methods, a hybrid access mechanism is proposed to improve the system throughput. Simulation results showed that the experiment results were close to the value computed by the model (less than 5%), and the proposed protocol significantly improved performance of the system throughput by borrowing the licensed spectrum. By analyzing the dependence of throughput on system parameters, hybrid mechanism dynamically selecting access mechanism can maintain high throughput.

简单介绍Based on the analysis of the feature of cognitive radio (CR) networks, we build a relevant interference model. Cognitive users should particularly consider the problem of interference with licensed users and satisfy the signal-to-interference-plus-noise ratio (SINR) requirement at the same time. We propose a new iterative algorithm using the game theory in this paper. We consider not only the SINR requirement as other game algorithms but also the in？uence of power threshold. The variable power limit is the characteristic of CR. We prove the convergence of the algorithm and the existence of Nash equilibrium. According to different power thresholds, we give an approach for solving the problem of coexistence between licensed user and cognitive user in a cognitive system. The algorithm has the advantage that it can be distributively implemented, and the method converges relatively fast. Numerical results are presented to show that the proposed approach has better antinoise effect and capacity.

简单介绍In this paper, optimal weighed cooperative spectrum sensingstrategies in cognitive radio network are investigated. A weighed cooperative detection based on data fusion is considered. Cognitive radios sense the channels with energy detectionindependently and send the results to a fusion centre, in which the observed data is fused by the specific weighing. The optimal problems are formulated, which minimize interference and maximize throughput respectively while keeping the probabilities of false alarm and detection within the allowable limit.In particular, the cooperative detections in single channel and multi-channel are both investigated. Theapproximate optimal weighed factors are obtained by Cauchy-inequality. Based on the weighing, we transform the non-convex optimal problem of multi-channel detection with mixed parameters and non-convex constraint into a convex problem with single parameter and linear constraint, which can be easily solved. Simulations show that the proposed algorithms can achieve lower interference and higher throughput respectively, and the detected performance of each sub-channel can also be guaranteed. Results show that there is a conflict between improving throughput and decreasing interference, and the proposed algorithms can make better use of spectrum by balancing the conflict.

简单介绍针对低信噪比用户的不准确检测会降低认知无线电协作检测的性能,提出了低信噪比认知用户按权重融合中继用户转播的检测信息的"或准则"协作检测算法。算法中高信噪比用户作为中继向所有信噪比比它低的用户转播它的检测信息,各用户通过选择最佳的权重对接收到的检测信息(包括本地检测信息)进行本地融合判决以获取较大的检测概率,融合中心采用"或准则"融合各用户的检测结果并对授权用户做出最后判决。仿真表明,本文算法较传统的协作检测算法检测概率要高,并且当平均信噪比增加时,本文算法的检测概率会有较大的提高。

简单介绍本文研究了噪声不确定性对认知无线电能量检测产生的影响， 分析了能量检测在噪声墙下的稳定性，得出稳定概率和最小采样点数；提出检测中断概率反映噪声不确定下能量检测的性能，分别得出单用户检测和协作检测的中断概率，以及能量检测所需的检测时间；分析了能量检测的检测概率，得出噪声不确定下检测概率的分布函数，并通过分布函数得到一定中断概率下的最大目标检测概率。仿真表明：增加采样点数能够提高能量检测的稳定性；噪声不确定度提高或者标称信噪比降低会增加能量检测的中断概率，降低检测性能，并且采用协作检测可以降低中断概率。

简单介绍As cognitive radio (CR) needs to detect spectrum accurately and utilize the idle spectrum efficiently,a new model of CR is proposed.This model adopts energy detection with auto-adapted threshold and produces spectrum mark vector.The basis function is obtained through making IDFT to the inner product of spectrum and phase vectors,and it is variable with the spectrum states.Data are sent through modulation on the basis function,and it can be estimated by correlation in the receiving end.The cooperative detection and multiple access of this model are also researched in this paper,and the performance is finally analyzed.Simulations show the cooperative detection of this model can obtain higher detection probability,and the disaccord of the basis functions between sending and receiving ends can lower its performance.

简单介绍Cognitive radio is an emerging technique for improving the utilization of radio frequency spectrum in wireless communication networks. In this paper, we mainly investigate the spectrum sharing problems in a cognitive radio network. Weformulate the spectrum sharing problem as a game between primary services, and use Cournotgameto obtain the optimal strategies for primary services.Furthermore,considering the reasonableness and fairnessin spectrum sharing process, we propose a function of price depends on the channel quality and the QoS performance. Nash equilibrium is considered as the solution of this game. As static Cournot game may not be realistic, we proposed a dynamic game related to the learning rate.Then, the stability condition of the dynamic game for spectrum sharing is investigated. The optimal strate-gy which maximizesthe utility of primary servicecan be obtained by contacting the size of spectrum demand for secondary users and the size of spectrum offered by primary services. Simulation results verify the feasibility and validity of the proposed algorithm.

简单介绍In cognitive radio (CR), single-threshold detection is sensitive to the noise power. In this paper, a cooperative detection algorithm with double-threshold and energy statistic weighing is proposed in order to improve sensing performance of the global detection at the coordinator. Two thresholds which are decided by the restriction probability are adopted to improve the performance of the cooperative detection, and energy combining based on weighing is used to improve the performance of the detection in confusion area. Simulation shows that the proposed scheme outperforms cooperative detection with single-threshold and single detection with single-threshold in detection accuracy.

简单介绍Cognitive radio networks(CRNs) is a framework to combine every distributing secondary user together by one protocol approach that makes primary users and secondary users work in order. In traditional CRNs technology, secondary users should sense all frequencies periodically by spectrum sensor while it is communicating. But it presents one problem that secondary users will stop to sense all frequencies if primary users appear on the band, while the communication delay depends on the number of users. In this letter, we propose a new CRNs protocol STM based mesh-type network that senses the spectrum by combing tradeoff among secondary users with traditional spectrum sensor.

简单介绍Abstract—To solve the problem of low system yield of existing spectrum allocation algorithm in cognitive radio, an advanced algorithm based on system yield and maximal independent set (MIS) is proposed. The advanced algorithm is based on coloring model of spectrum allocation and the theory of MIS. The key part of this algorithm is to calculate priority of channels using system parameters such as amount of available channels and system yield. Spectrum source in every MIS is allocated according to priority of channels. The results of simulation prove the feasibility of advanced algorithm and shows that this method efficiently promotes total system yield.

简单介绍 To improve the performance of MIMO-OFDM video transmission systems on the limitation of wireless bandwidth and transmitting power,we propose an adaptive joint resource allocation algorithm with unequal error protection (UEP) based on joint source-channel coding (JSCC) according to H.264 video compression standard and RCPT channel coding.According to different thresholds of the average SNR of subchannels,the algorithm dynamically allocates the source coding parameters of original video data and the channel coding parameters of RCPT,which realizes UEP for the compressed video data of different importance.Through the bit and power allocation based on MQAM modulation and the suhspace allocation based on beamforming technology for different subcarriers,an adaptive joint resource allocation making full use of space-frequency domain resources have been realized.The simulation results indicate that the algorithm improves the adaptability of video transmission systems in different wireless environments and the quality of video retrieval.

简单介绍A novel data-aided error vector magnitude (EVM) estimator for signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) is derived. Previous SNR estimators are mainly based on the data symbols or the preamble symbols. However, most existing EVM estimators need the factually received symbols modulated and even coded again to recover the symbols in the receiver. To improve it, a good new estimator that utilizes Zadoff-Chu sequence as the preamble is recommended and adopted in this paper. Its performance is examined and compared with Maximum-Likelihood (ML) estimator by the measures of the normalized bias and the normalized mean square error. Numerical results are presented to show the visible advantages obtained by using this estimator.

简单介绍Focusing on the low throughput of fair subcarrier allocation in cooperative OFDMA system, an improved algorithm with single subcarrier capacity threshold and cooperative power factor is proposed. In this algorithm, the users with bad channel can not occupy too many subcarrier, and the power for cooperating with other users of users with good channel is limited. Simulation results show that this algorithm can increase the total channel capacity with less loss of fairness.
