朱群益(1962- ),男,江苏南通人。1979年进入哈尔滨工业大学热能工程专业学习,相继完成了学士、硕士、博士学位的学习。1986年留校任教,1993年晋升为副教授,1999年晋升为教授,2006年被增选为博士生指导教师。

教育经历
1979年进入哈尔滨工业大学热能工程专业学习,相继完成了学士、硕士、博士学位的学习。


研究领域
在硕士研究生学习期间,师从陈崇枢、杨明新教授,从事锅炉炉内水循环研究;在博士研究生学习期间,在导师秦裕琨教授指导下,从事煤粉燃烧特性及浓淡煤粉燃烧技术的应用研究,与同事们一起开发了拥有自主知识产权的高效、稳燃、低污染、防结渣、防高温腐蚀的煤粉燃烧技术,提出了风包粉煤粉燃烧原理。

2004年在加拿大不列颠哥伦比亚大学访问学习期间,从事“新型喷动床流动特性实验研究”,该装置被广泛应用于烟气净化、燃料气化等领域。

目前主要从事以下三个领域研究工作:

1.W型火焰锅炉多次引射分级原理及技术的研究

研究W型火焰锅炉炉内单相、气固两相流动、燃烧及NOx生成特性, 开发具有自主知识产权的W型火焰锅炉低NOx燃烧技术,目前已形成了W火焰锅炉风包粉高效低氮氧化物燃烧技术。该技术已在4台引进国外技术的300MW、660MW机组上获得了应用。提出了W火焰锅炉多次引射分级组织原理及技术,已被哈尔滨锅炉厂用于2台600MW、世界首台350 MW超临界机组锅炉设计,其中2台600MW超临界机组锅炉已投运,取得较好的运行性能。

2.低污染煤粉燃烧技术研究3煤气化原理及技术

针对我国动力燃煤特点,开发了中心给粉旋流煤粉燃烧技术。研究旋流燃烧器出口区域,不同粒径的煤粉及空气的轴向、切向、径向速度分布、中心回流区尺寸及位置、颗粒浓度分布、相间速度滑移等流动特性,及中心给粉旋流煤粉燃烧技术的燃烧特性。

将中心给粉旋流煤粉燃烧技术与OFA等技术相结合,实现采用旋流煤粉燃烧方式锅炉的低NOx燃烧。该技术已在32台引进国外技术的300MW、600MW机组上获得应用。上海锅炉厂开始推广这一技术。

3.煤气化原理及技术

开展液态排渣煤气化原理及技术研究。

讲授课程
先后为本科生开设了《锅炉水动力学》、《热力系统及设备》、《供热工程》及《新能源利用》等课程,为硕士研究生开设了《现代热物理测试技术》课程。
