刘桂花,女,汉族。哈尔滨工业大学电气工程专业博士,仪表科学与技术专业博士后,IEEE Member,哈尔滨工业大学电气工程及自动化学院,副教授,硕士生导师。

主持国家自然科学基金(青年)、中国博士后科学基金、中央高校科研创新基金等项目,参与两项国家重点研发计划以及多项国家自然科学基金、省市基金、国际合作等项目;发表学术论文30余篇,参编机械工业出版社丛书两部,高等教育出版社丛书一部 。主持省级和校级教学研究项目各一项。
