温卫平,博士,1987年7月生,哈尔滨工业大学土木工程学院讲师,主要从事土木工程抗震防灾方面的研究工作;主持国家自然科学青年基金项目、国家重点研发计划子课题、国家博士后基金(面上及特别资助)、黑龙江省博士后基金等,担任国际期刊《American Journal of Civil Engineering》编委以及多个期刊《Soil Dynamics and Earthquake Engineering》、《Journal of Structural Engineering (ASCE)》、《Journal of Earthquake Engineering》审稿人;发表学术论文20篇,被SCI收录13篇;出版专著1部,授权国家发明专利3项。
