研究方向

研究方向介绍:

1.转基因药物和天然产物联合用药抗宫颈癌的研究及肿瘤凋亡机制的研究:本研究方向综合靶向性药物和我国传统中药多糖活性成分的作用特点,将上述两类药物优势进行综合,一方面利用中药多糖类活性成分对机体的免疫系统进行调节和改善,另一方面利用转基因药物抗血管发生作用抑制恶性肿瘤的生长,这一联合治疗途径有望取得更好的治疗效果。在此基础上,深入阐明该联合用药途径抗肿瘤和免疫调节作用的可能机理、两种给药途径之间的协同关系,为临床上传统中药和转基因药物联合用药治疗癌症提供理论依据和实验支持。

2.打靶肿瘤发生相关基因microRNA的筛选及功能研究:本研究方向将Illumina microRNA芯片技术、miRNAs软件预测打靶方法和体外细胞实验相结合,筛选出打靶于肿瘤发生基因的miRNAs,并通过数据库分析结合体外细胞实验和体内动物实验对其在恶性肿瘤中对肿瘤发生相关基因表达调控机制、对恶性肿瘤的生物学功能及其下游信号转导通路进行系统研究。

3.抗肿瘤药物的靶向转运体系的制备:利用脂质体、壳聚糖制备及自主装体系包装天然抗肿瘤药物、临床药物及分子药物,增加主动靶向性和被动靶向性,提高抗肿瘤药物及肝脏保护药物药物生物利用率,减少毒副作用,改善治疗效果,探索新的具有临床应用价值的药物载运体系。
