1998 年本科毕业于烟台师范学院（理学学士学位），2001 年硕士毕业于河北工业大学（理学硕士学位），2007 年博士毕业于南开大学（工学博士学位），现为河北工业大学经管学院教授、元光****、博士生导师、经管学院管理科学与工程学科部主任。中国运筹学会随机服务与运作管理分会常务理事。近几年在《European Journal of Operational Research》、《International Journal of Production Economics》、《International Journal of Production Research》、《 Annals of Operations Research》、《Computers and Operations Research》等运筹与管理领域重要国际期刊发表SCI检索学术论文30余篇。作为负责人主持了3项国家自然科学基金课题的研究（其中两项已结题、一项在研）和1项河北省自然科学基金项目（在研），另外作为项目组主要成员还参与完成了4项国家自然科学基金项目和1项国家社科基金重大项目的研究。作为主持人已完成的国家自然科学基金青年项目被国家基金委管理学部评为优秀，研究成果“闭环供应链的回收定价与制造/再制造联合决策”在2016年7月获天津市第十四届社会科学优秀成果三等奖。
