1958年9月20日生人，男，汉族，河北省徐水县人。硕士生导师。
1975-1979年在中学任教，1979-1983年在河北师范大学学习，1983年-今在校任教。
1987/9-1988/7,北京师范大学数学系研究生班进修．2010/9-2011/2,台湾国立交通大学访问。参加国际学术会议10次，全国学术会议14次. 是美国《数学评论》的评论员，多个国际和国内杂志的审稿人.

教学情况：
校级精品课《高等数学》。主讲的本科生课程有：《高等数学》、《解析几何》、《高等数学》、《数学分析》、《实变函数》等。主讲的研究生课程有：《组合设计》、《组合计数》、《编码理论》和《图论》等。
