研究领域：
生物农药研发及杀虫剂毒理学。在从事生物农药的研发过程中，获得了中国粗榧Cephalotaxus sinensis、无患子Sapindus mukorossi、雷公藤Tripterygium wilfordii等多种植物的农用活性成分；较为系统的阐述了植物源杀虫化合物雷公藤次碱的杀虫作用机制。
