刘玉欣：博士，河北大学药学院教授，河北省药品质量控制重点实验室细胞药理分室主任。82年毕业于南开大学生物系。曾先后在大连水产学院；天津农业科学院；大连医药科学研究所，大连理工大学从事教学与研究工作。2000年赴美国NIEHS/NIH、UNC从事细胞与分子神经药理学研究，2008年回国到河北大学药学院从事教学和研究工作。回国后与杨更亮教授一起合作开展3-取代亚甲基硫色满-4-酮类新化合物的抗癌新药研究，现为国家重大新药创制专项课题《3-取代亚甲基硫色满-4-酮类抗肿瘤新药研究》课题负责人。
