男，中共党员，1981年出生，理学博士，副研究员，生态学专业硕士生导师。2010年6月留校从事科研和教学工作，2009年6月至9月赴瑞士巴塞尔自然历史博物馆和法国巴黎自然历史博物馆学习交流，2011年1月至2月赴俄罗斯科学院动物研究所进行学术交流。目前已主持国家级、省部级等各类科研项目6项，参加8项，并已连续14年在全国100余个国家或省级自然保护区进行昆虫多样性调查工作，发表各类学术论文或专著章节50余篇（其中第一作者或通讯作者43篇）。

1. 昆虫多样性研究：包括昆虫多样性快速评估，有害昆虫监测，以及昆虫多样性资源保护与复育等工作；
2. 昆虫系统进化研究：主要以直翅目蟋蟀类昆虫为研究对象，开展进化分类与系统发育，以及相关动物地理学研究。
