研究方向:
环境基因组学与逆境适应。研究动物对环境压力的生理和行为响应及其分子和遗传适应调节机制。目前聚焦于组织缺氧、重金属污染、极端温度等环境效应,开展生理和行为学、分子遗传学、生态和进化基因组学等前沿交叉学科研究,其中特别关注热激蛋白、表观遗传(修饰)和长非编码RNA等相关的分子机制。
