个人简介
杨少鹏,物理学教授,光学工程博士生导师,新能源光电器件国家地方联合工程实验室副主任、河北省功能性薄膜材料研究院院长。自2002年来一直从事光电功能材料与器件、有机钙钛矿光伏材料与器件的基础研究和产业化新技术研究工作。2013年赴德国亥姆霍兹研究院于利希研究中心做访问研究。曾先后承担和完成国家自然科学基金、教育部重点科研项目、河北省自然科学基金、河北省科技厅及河北省发改委产业化研究专项项目20余项。在ACS nano,Progress in Photovoltaics,ACS ami,JMCA, Solar Energy Mater.&Solar Cells, Organic Electronics,Mater. Lett.等国内外学术刊物上发表学术论文近百篇,其中被SCI检索80余篇,授权发明专利5项。
