一、 个人简介

王淑芳, 2004.07博士毕业于中国科学院物理研究所，2004.08-2008.06先后在科学院物理所、法国里尔电子微电子与纳米技术研究所及美国宾州州立大学做客座研究员和博士后。现为河北大学物理科学与技术学院教授、博士生导师、副院长。

二、 研究方向

主要从事新型氧化物低维材料的设计、制备及能量转换研究，包括：

（1） 新型氧化物薄膜的制备及其电热输运性能研究

（2） 新型薄膜及异质结的光电及光热电效应研究

（3） 新型氧化物纳米结构材料制备及其在热电、光氢转换中的应用

三、 科研项目

主持国家自然科学基金、河北省杰出青年基金等省部级项目7项，主要包括：

（1） 国家自然科学基金“层状钴氧化物薄膜光诱导横向热电效应研究”
