合作经济论》、《城镇集体企业产权研究与资产评估》、《中国公有企业制度创新》、《多元混合—国有企业改革的必由之路》、《国有无形资产资本化问题研究》、
《地方国有企业改制研究—关于武汉模式的理论思考与案例分析》、《信息失衡与无形资产减值分析》、《中国创业板上市公司无形资产蓝皮书》系列等著作十余部，译著《国有企业组织结构研究》一部，主编了国家“十一五”
和“十二五”规划重点教材《资产评估》等四本教材，另在《管理世界》、
《中国工业经济》、《Journal of Small Business and Enterprise Development》等国内外专业刊物发表文章一百二十余篇。
