国际劳动与雇佣关系协会会员(ILEA)、中国劳动关系学会会员、湖北省人力资源协会会员。2008
年春受邀与现任中央政治局常委、时任中央政治局委员、广东省委书记汪洋对话,建议在广东建立“劳动关系特区”。2009 年起,任南方报业集团《民间智库》专家。2015
年率中南财经政法大学师生代表团访问中国台湾实践大学,与众多企业界和教育界人士交流。2016
年作为发起人之一组建湖北省电子商务企业联合会,当选首任秘书长。先后为国家电网湖北总公司、广东省教育厅、山西省地质勘探局、人福医药集团公司浙江宇玎公司、湖北华骐资产公司等 20 余家单位提供培训讲座。
Member of International Labor and Employment Relations Association (ILEA), China Labor Relations
Association and Hubei Human Resources Association. In the spring of 2008, he was invited to talk
with Wang Yang, the current member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the Central
Committee and secretary of the Guangdong Provincial Party Committee, and proposed to establish a
"special labor relations zone" in Guangdong. Since 2009, he has been an expert in Folk Think Tank
of Southern Newspaper Group. In 2015, a delegation of teachers and students from Zhongnan
University of Economics and Law visited Taiwan Shih Chien University, China, and exchanged views
with many business and educational circles. In 2016, as one of the initiators, Hubei E-Commerce
Enterprise Federation was established and elected as the first Secretary General. He has provided
training lectures to more than 20 units including State Grid Hubei Corporation, Guangdong Education
Department, Shanxi Geological Survey, Renfu Pharmaceutical Group Company Zhejiang Yuqian Company
and Hubei Huaqian Assets Company.
