研究方向(Research Directions)
一、计算机体系结构:存储系统性能和可靠性
固态硬盘方向简介:本项目研究基于高密度闪存的大容量固态硬盘存在的性能、耐用性和可靠性,主要体现在闪存(并行)读写访问、垃圾回收、坏块管理和纠错码设计等方面。
内存方向简介:本项目在内存性能的角度,通过分析内存数据库、机器学习和深度学习以及GPU等应用的访问模式,在地址转换、缓存管理和内存管理三方面优化和改进。
招生要求:电子信息、机械和计算机等相关专业学生;对存储系统有浓厚兴趣;熟练C语言编程,动手能力强;英语水平达六级及以上。
培养目标:
—培养面向华为、长江存储和小米等存储器研发相关企业的技术型人才;
—到国内外高校如美国匹兹堡大学、香港城市大学、中科院、华中科技大学以及华东师大等深造的学术型人才。
二、国产处理器生态库建设
国防科大DSP芯片方向简介:本项目基于高性能DSP芯片FT-M7002,针对矩阵分解、求解线性方程组和滤波器等基本算法的函数实现C语言和汇编语言代码并优化。
华为鲲鹏服务器方向简介:本项目主要针对华为鲲鹏服务器开发图像处理类库函数HMPP,例如图像缩放金字塔算法和双线性插值算法等。
招生要求:计算机或者电子信息等相关专业学生,熟练掌握C语言和计算机系统结构知识,熟悉汇编语言,有基本的图像处理/数字信号处理算法知识,动手能力强。
培养目标:到国防科技大学、华为公司等高校和企业深造或工作的技术型人才。

学生培养
本课题组目前已培养硕士研究生十余名,2021年毕业的学生在华为、建设银行以及武汉理工大学等单位工作。已培养本科生二十余名,指导国家级大学生创新创业项目1项,校级创新创业项目2项,各类国家级、省级和校级大赛获奖5项。
