主讲的《矿床露天开采》为校精品课程,本人为学校“15551”人才工程“精品课程教学名师”。教研项目“对接矿业与安全类卓越人才全工艺综合教学体系构建与实施”获校教学成果一等奖,本人排名第6。主持湖北省教学研究项目“矿业工程学科人才培养国际化的综合改革与实践”,参与省级、校级教研项目6项。发表教研论文3篇,参编教材2部、专著2部。指导学生获省级优秀学士学位论文3篇,科技竞赛(全国高校采矿工程专业实践作品大赛)一等奖3项、二等奖6项、三等奖2项。
