2,用物理机械合金化法合成了半导体纳米晶(CdTe, CdSe)
3,利用纳米碳管增强纳米硬质合金,大幅提高了合金的强度和硬度
4,与Dr. Roger H French一道发明了表面能量损失函数的Kramers-Kronig转换公式。
