研究方向
研究领域主要有:
1.功能材料的制备技术和相关理论研究,开展陶瓷材料缺陷结构对铁电、介电以及导电性能的影响规律研究,拓展织构陶瓷材料的应用领域,探索外场作用下材料结构变化的动力学变化规律;建立新型功能材料结构与性能关系;
2.高储能密度、高温稳定型以及高频率稳定型介质陶瓷材料的制备技术研究;
3.无机纳米材料的制备与性能研究。

教育背景
1995年毕业于武汉理工大学(原武汉工业大学),获硅酸盐工程专业学士学位;1998.6年武汉理工大学无机非金属材料专业研究生,获硕士学位;
2002.7华中科技大学(原华中理工大学)电子科学与技术系,获博士学位

工作经历
2002.9~2004.8 清华大学材料科学与工程系,博士后研究;
2004.8~现在 武汉理工大学材料复合新技术国家重点实验室,2007年评为教授。

项目情况
主持国家级项目四项(973项目一项,中国博士后科学基金一项,自然科学基金一项,民口配套项目一项),参加项目多项。


代表性学术
成果
1. 制备出具有超低室温电阻率的陶瓷热敏电阻陶瓷材料,并系统研究其导电机理;成果获得湖北省优秀博士学位论文;
2. 博士后研究期间,揭示了CaB6陶瓷材料反常铁磁行为的原因,制备出具有五对称结构的硼化物纳米线材料;
3. 近年来,发展了合成高性能功能陶瓷用陶瓷原料的新技术,制备出具有低损耗的巨介电常数钛酸锶陶瓷缺陷组成化合物,并对其极化机制进行研究,发表论文多篇,获得同行好评。

As a postdoctor of Department of Materials Science & Engineering in Tsinghua University, I am engaged mainly in the relationship of materials properties with the structures.

RESEARCH INTERESTS:
· Synthesis, structures and properties of new perovskite-type oxide materials, organic-inorganic perovskite-type, and potentials application of those materials in device especially in micro-device
· Structure determination using the full range of techniques (XRD, TEM, SEM etc.)
· Electrical property measurements, especially using impedance spectroscopy.
· Processing of dielectric ceramics, and piezoelectric ceramics
· First principle calculation on electronic structure of advanced functional materials
