成果
在国际学术期刊发表20来篇论文,第一和通讯作者SCI论文11篇,其中8篇为JCR一区论文。发表于ACS Nano的文章(Light coupling and trapping in ultra-thin Cu(In,Ga)Se2 solar cells using dielectric scattering patterns)为超薄CIGSe太阳能电池的陷光研究提出了新的思路,被Semiconductor Today, Solar Daily等多家科技媒体报道。发表于 Advanced Optical Materials的文章 (Optoelectronic enhancement of ultrathin CIGSe solar cells by nanophotonic contacts)取得了超薄CIGSe太阳能电池的最高光电流密度,被杂志选为封面和Advanced Science News当亮点报道。受邀为Solar Energy Materials and Solar cells、 Applied Physics Letters and Thin Solid films等学术期刊审稿。博士论文(Preparation of Ultra-thin CuIn1-xGaxSe2 Solar Cells and Their Light Absorption Enhancement)被授予最优等级 “Distinction” (德国前5-10%)。
