三、研究领域与科研项目
1.研究方向
(1)小分子气体传感器研制,用于食品药品安全监测及环境分析领域;
(2)智能包装材料,涉及新鲜度指示器、TTIs、包装泄漏指示器等,用于食品药品品质监控、生鲜冷链环境监测等领域;
(3)天然活性物质的提取,用于天然绿色环保油墨、食品保鲜和抗菌等领域。
