李建成，1964 年12 月出生，山西左云人，教授，博士生导师，中国工程院院士。曾主持和参加国家863 计划项目等国家级及省部级科研和工程项目100 余项，获国家科学技术进步二等奖3 项，省部级科技进步一等奖7 项；发表论文120 余篇，著作4 部。
从事专业：大地测量学与测量工程、固体地球物理学；
研究方向：物理大地测量学、卫星大地测量学、卫星测高、测量工程。
